ProActive Home Inventory currently serves the Dallas Metroplex providing exceptional service and value to our neighbors. We are locally operated by Kelly Rinke-President of ProActive Home Inventory. She is a lifetime resident in the Dallas area. Kelly is involved in her community and church and believes service is our social responsibility. Kelly spent many years in the local home building industry serving a high-end client base. Her reputation of service and integrity is governed by this Warren Buffett quote:

How We Came To Be
After working for a builder in the Houston area after Hurricane Ike, Kelly was awed by the devastation that she saw. Many homes simply vanished. Many left standing would have to be razed. Entire communities were deserted. Twenty miles inland in Nassau Bay, the wave that Ike brought with it entered homes four feet deep and washed entire first floor contents out to sea. The wave was so powerful that it tore the rock and brick façade off of many homes to the point of total destruction.

Kelly wondered how these people were going to be able to get their lives back together. One thing that would have precipitated a speedier recovery was if they had a properly stored up-to-date home inventory. Few people ever take the time to do a comprehensive documentation of their personal possessions. It is a daunting task to do right.

Upon returning, Kelly conducted her own home inventory and realized just how big this task was. That's when
ProActive Home Inventory was born. There are many busy families and professionals out there that have better things to do with their time than to spend their whole weekend cataloging everything they own. Let ProActive Home Inventory take care of this essential but often overlooked task for you!
